What is Pro, and what does it cost?

Pro is me keeping your history. Free, I hold your last three sets. Pro keeps every set you've ever run, and it lets me remember your size, your brands and your style between visits. It's $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and your first time in comes with a 7-day free trial.

How do I cancel?

Open your Account page and tap Manage billing. That takes you to your billing page, and cancel is right there. Cancel during the trial and you're never charged. Cancel later and Pro runs to the end of what you've paid for, then stops.

Where's my order?

With the brand you bought from. Shopify took the payment and the brand packs, ships and tracks it, so the tracking email comes from them, not me. Search your inbox for the brand's name. Nothing there? Head to the brand's site, every one is listed below. Not sure which brand it was? Ask me in the shop and I'll tell you.

Who ships it?

The brand does, from their own place, at their own rates and delivery times. I help you find the gear, Shopify runs the register, and the brand's name is on the receipt. Each brand shows its shipping and return terms at checkout before you pay.

Why is checkout on the brand's site?

Because the sale is theirs. You pay the brand directly through Shopify, you get their shipping and return terms, and your card never passes through me. Your stash stays saved here for next time.

How do I delete my data?

Sign in and open your Account page. Everything I remember about you is listed there, and you can delete it line by line. Your stash and chats sit in this browser until you clear the site's data. Signed in, your stash is saved to your account too. Want the whole account gone? Email hello@thesurfshop.ai from the address you signed up with and we'll take care of it.
